Villa Jerada

Harissa is a spicy and wonderfully aromatic chile paste commonly used in North African and Middle Eastern cooking. This Harissa is the family recipe of Villa Jerada founder, Mehdi, and his mom, both from Morocco now living in Seattle, and it tastes as beautiful as it looks.
