This gluten-free rigatoni is made with whole ancient grains and is non-GMO. The taste and texture top other GF pastas we've tried and this rigatoni holds up great in both hot soups and cold salads.

Gluten Free Flour (millet flour, tapioca flour, teff flour, sorghum flour, amaranth flour), egg yolk, water, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, citrus fiber, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, potato starch, cultured and regular cane sugar, xanthan gum, table salt and sea salt.
